The ECTMarine production optimizing cutter head fits all types cutter suction dredgers. Through optimizing the design process and use of different fabrication techniques the ECTMarine cutter head can be customized and delivered to the dimensions of any cutter suction dredger with cutter power ranging from 20 to 700 kW.

The standard application is for use in sand, clay, gravel and soft rock types. The ECTMarine cutter head concept has been developed and tested and is constantly innovated to optimize cutting performance in the dredging process.

The cutterhead can be fitted with pick point teeth, chisel point teeth or flared point teehth depending on the soil type. ECTMarine teeth and adaptors are characterized by high quality, long life and easy to install/replace.
